I, (Randy Pettit aka Maverick) am a CompTia Certifed Professional and can fix most issues right over the internet using a fully encrypted (private) session without you having to drag your system in to a repair depot where you may never know whether the technician is actually certified or just a joe off the street who thinks he can handle every techical aspect of your computer repair. If you believe this then let me tell you that most mom and pop shops do not have qualified technicians to work on any computer.
